If you bought something on ASTRA and want to cancel the purchase, leave us the email you paid with. You have 10 calendar days from the purchase. You don't need to sign in.

We'll send the request code to this email and write to you to resolve it.

If you have it at hand. If not, we'll find the purchase by email.
